The Challenge
A volunteer-driven wildlife rescue group needed a faster way to coordinate responses for injured animals. Traditional phone trees were too slow.
Our Approach
We built a custom dispatch platform from scratch. Volunteers received SMS alerts for nearby incidents and could instantly claim, transfer, or coordinate rescues right from their phones.
Results
Delivered outcome
Enabled real-time coordination of dozens of volunteers, reduced response times for injured animals, and simplified communication across the entire network.
